Accusations are stressful issues for any RN or LVN, except when a nurse attorney will assist you against the case. The Texas Board of Nursing (BON) is responsible for all hearings against RNs and LVNs undergoing a case that may revoke, suspend, or only put their license to disciplinary action. Take note that a nurse attorney can also defend a nurse’s license against accusations or from any cases.

Her conduct was likely to harm the patient in that subsequent caregivers would rely on her documentation to base their decision to administer further care.

Subsequently, the LVN falsely documented the administration of a protein supplement to a patient in that she left her assignment at 1241 and did not return.
