She states that the Charge Nurse’s actions created a hostile work environment, causing her extreme distress, and making it difficult for her to continue working. She also expresses remorse over her actions, and reports that in retrospect she should have exercised better judgment.

This is the reason why the nurse’s license was disciplined and suspended by the Texas Board of Nursing.
