The RN failed to disclose that on March 2005, she was convicted of Larceny she was placed on probation for a period of one year as a result of her charge.
The RN defends herself by stating that she was informed all records had been expunged; but she had nothing to disclose when she was applying for her nursing license.
Unfortunately, without the lack of an effective nurse attorney to defend her case, the Texas Board of Nursing decided to take disciplinary action against the RN.
